Portland’s Clean Elections program allows registered District 5 voters to support Ilma with a $5 qualifying contribution. Every contribution helps Ilma build a campaign powered by neighbors, reach more voters, and keep listening to the people she hopes to represent. A City Council district candidate needs 50 valid qualifying contributions to seek initial Clean Elections certification.
CONTRIBUTE THROUGH THE CITY PORTAL
Make your contribution in three steps
1. Enter your voter information
Use your name and residential address exactly as they appear on your Portland voter registration.
2. Select Ilma López
After your address is entered, choose Ilma López for Portland City Council District 5 from the available candidates.
3. Complete your $5 contribution
Submit the contribution through the official City of Portland payment portal.
The portal allows voters to contribute to one or multiple eligible candidates in a single transaction.
